Q: Are your products really all natural?

A: Yes! Everything is 100% natural formulated by Twisted Locs! 

Q: I don't have locs, can I still use your products?

A: Absolutely! Our products are for anyone with natural hair whether loose or loc'd up. Products can also be used on hair that is not natural.

Refund Policy

Q: Are refunds or exchanges offered?

A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. Under the condition that we have not processed your order, we are able to issue you a refund. If there is any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@mytwistedlocs.com so we can assist you. We will get back to you within 48 hours. 

By purchasing products, the consumer agrees that Twisted Locs is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur. All ingredients are listed on the label and website. It is always recommended to test an area of skin prior to product use. Speak with your physician before use if you have diagnosed skin or scalp conditions. 

Shipping Policy

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: It depends on the shipping chosen at checkout. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of your purchase. 

Q: Where is my package? I never received it.

A: After orders are fulfilled, Twisted Locs is no longer responsible for your package. Twisted Locs is not responsible for stolen goods or lost packages. Please contact your delivery service for more information.
